Jaya was recommended by close friends after we didn’t like the realtor we were working with. She was so patient and kind with us as we navigated our first time buying a house. She did a great job showing us places (or arranging for her team to take us to houses we wanted to see when she had to be out of town briefly over the holidays). We had a lengthy and difficult negotiation and she had many very uncomfortable moments dealing with a newer realtor on the seller’s side that she navigated very professionally. She guided us at every step and arranged for contractors and professionals to come out (even when people usually don’t work- like plumbers over an weekend) to give us reasonable quotes for things we might need to address before making a decision. She has gone over and above to help us save money through closing costs and employed trade secrets to get us the maximum amount of money we could get back or help us save in one way or another. She is personable, charming, caring, genuine and we just love her! I actually miss not being more in touch now that we have closed on the house. She was fun to be around.
